Carol was patient and very thorough about getting us up to speed. She was able to block the weekend that we planned a visit from NY and was very thorough as we saw 14 properties that weekend. She was very helpful in working with us on the offers that we made and got things done in a timely manner which resulted in us getting our first choice! She made a potentially painful move so much easier for us! My only criticism (constructive) would be that she tends to be extremely descriptive about nuances at times that might be a bit too much detail to a buyer who's not well versed in the nitty-gritty of the field; she would rather roll-up and summarize certain bits of information to make it more palatable to the client. Minor comment but anything that helps Carol would be something that would please me.
